Terms of Service — Listori

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Listori ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Listori is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered tools for Etsy print-on-demand sellers, including AI listing generation, design generation, trend research, and shop analytics. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

The Service is offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Credits and Usage Limits

Each subscription plan includes a set number of credits per month for AI listing generation, design generation, and trend searches. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Unused credits are forfeited at the end of each period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
Use the Service in a way that violates Etsy's Terms of Use
Sell, resell, or sublicense access to the Service
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, including AI-generated listings and designs. Listori retains all rights to the platform, its codebase, and underlying technology.

By using the Service, you grant Listori a limited licence to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Etsy, Stripe, OpenAI, and Replicate. Your use of these integrations is subject to each provider's own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, suitable for your purposes, or free from errors. AI-generated listings and designs should be reviewed before publishing to your Etsy shop.

We do not guarantee any specific sales results, revenue, or business outcomes from using the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listori shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
